Quran Majeed is one of the most installed Quran apps (10,000,000+ on Google Play) and a favourite in Pakistan. Its Play listing includes translations in dozens of languages including Urdu, and — rarer — English and Urdu translation audio, so you can hear the meaning in Urdu after the Arabic. It also has Arabic tafsirs (Ibn Kathir, Jalalayn, Sa'di), transliteration and prayer times.
